KTP (Potassium Titanyl Phosphate) crystal features large nonlinear coefficient, wide acceptance temperature and angle, high laser-induced damage threshold, stable chemical properties, non-hygroscopicity, and moderate mechanical strength. With a frequency doubling conversion efficiency above 70%, it is the best frequency-doubling material for medium and low-power lasers.
